| General terms and conditions of business |
All contracts between Hoehner Research and Consulting Group GmbH (hereafter HRCG GmbH) and the customer shall be subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions. The customer’s term of business and purchase shall not be applicable and shall put HRCG GmbH under obligation to comply only in the event that HRCG GmbH should expressly agree to them.
1. The internet shop contains offers from EuPD Research, a brand of HRCG GmbH based in Bonn. EuPD Research is a registered brand of the Hoehner Research und Consulting Group. All other brands and logos mentioned or published in EuPD Research products apart from those given above belong to the respective rights owner.
2. The shop is purely a B2B shop. It is directed exclusively towards commercial clients, that is, companies according to Art. 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Private customers, that is, consumers according to Art. 13 BGB, are neither permitted nor technically in a position to place legally binding orders through the shop. Interested private customers should call the telephone number listed. Furthermore, the legal right to return items protected under consumer rights does not apply for commercial customer orders, but does apply to consumer orders (but not through the shop).
3. The products presented in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but simply an online catalogue. After purchase details have been entered and the “place order” button has been clicked, the customer enters into a binding contract to purchase the products in their shopping basket. This will be confirmed by email to the address given by the customer. The purchase contract between the purchaser and HRCG GmbH is created when the order is confirmed or when the products are delivered either by mail or download. If the situation should arise that HRCG GmbH does not confirm or ship the order within 10 days, the purchaser is no longer bound to the contract.
4. The prices are net prices in euros not including sales tax or delivery costs. Sales tax will be added to the net costs according to the legally defined percentage. The prices valid at the time of ordering are binding.
5. The delivery costs depend on the quantity of products ordered and the delivery address as well as the type of delivery. The cost will be shown before the order is complete. For products which are downloaded there are no delivery costs. The customer accepts that any fees or charges owed for customs or non-EU addresses will not be paid by HRCG GmbH.
6. Payment methods

Goods will be sent after payment has been received to the HRCG GmbH account
Invoice:
Payment upon receipt of an invoice is only possible for existing customers or in exceptional circumstances for orders by fax from companies, authorities or further education institutions.
Credit card
The following cards are accepted: MASTERCARD and VISA. The purchaser must be entitled to use the card.
7. The delivery times shown on the product page or during the ordering process begin when the order is placed. The delivery time can be extended by the amount of time it takes for the purchaser to provide all the details needed to process the order.
8. The method of delivery, route and company employed to deliver will be chosen by HRCG GmbH. Once the purchaser has taken delivery of the item from the delivery service, the purchaser is responsible for the item. Any damage sustained in transit should be demonstrated to the delivery company and immediately reported to HRCG GmbH. Part deliveries are permissible where appropriate.
9. The products remain in the ownership of HRCG GmbH until they are fully paid for.
10. The products and the intellectual works embodied in them are protected by copyright. All of the products in the shop are only available for use; the owner of the work remains the creator. Every possible use of the work not explicitly permitted by copyright law is not allowed without the prior written consent of HRCG GmbH as the licenser and/or the written consent of the author. This includes but is not limited to copying, distributing, publishing, translating, saving, processing and reproducing the work in databases. Noncompliance will be prosecuted.
11. The products available were prepared using professional methods and with great care, taking relevant legislation into account. The data contained in this product is based on surveys of sample populations, conducted using standard statistical methods. As such the study is subject to a certain statistical error rate and is based exclusively on the facts which were available at the time of the survey. The studies contain specific information, but explicitly do not contain any concrete investment or action recommendations. If the information contained in the studies is used as a supporting basis for any decision, no liability will be taken for the economic success of the investment or action.
12. Data protection
The practice of data protection employed by HRCG GmbH is in line with the German data protection law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz) as well as the telemedia law (Telemediengesetz). The data provided when an order is placed will only be used for the processing of the order. The data which is required for the products to be delivered will also be passed on to a delivery company.
If the data is used for marketing purposes or so that the customer receives newsletters, specific permission will be requested.
On request the purchaser will receive information about the data held on him at no charge. On request the saved data will be corrected, blocked or deleted. For questions relating to your data please contact o.humbel (at) eupd-research.com.
13. Use of Google Analytics
To continuously improve quality and usability, statistical data about EuPD shops are stored by the service provider Google Analytics. The terms and conditions of the provider are shown here:
