The End Customer Monitor in 2011 (n=641) provided an insight into the buying decision of end customers. Last year, the focus of the End Customer Monitor 2012 (n=1.607) was the importance of brands, the perception of company insolvencies and the interest in storage solutions.
The results of the current End Customer Monitor 3.0 are based on a sample of 3.000 participants. The study includes a range of valuable details for your business strategies and product portfolio.

The main topics are storage solutions and self-consumption, especially brand awareness and reasons against a decision for storage solutions. Further topics are maintenance and insurances for PV plants, the choice of module and inverter brand or the acceptance of PV kits.
